Kalamkari pure cotton fabric is a screen-printed adaptation of the traditional kalamkari art from Andhra Pradesh. Due to the nature of the printing, they sometimes have slight imperfections which gives them truly unique characteristic.
It is a modern commercial form where traditional designs are printed using screen printing techniques instead of hand drawing. The fabric features motifs inspired by kalamkari storytelling patterns, including florals, vines, human figures and elephants, it is easy to stitch and works well for kurtas, dresses, blouses, home decor pieces and other sewing projects.

Fabric Care
Gentle hand wash separately in cold water with mild/liquid detergents. Avoid soaking for too long.
Minor colour bleed may happen first 1–2 washes, It is recommended to wash in salt water before wear.
