This fusible interfacing/interlining is a woven fabric, and is a lightweight for an interfacing, and will add support and body to another fabric.
This interfacing is used to stabilise both the lengthwise and crosswise grain, and is ideal for collars, cuffs, waistbands, necklines and pockets. This is a fusible interfacing, with a heat-activated resin/glue on one side, which bonds the interfacing to your fabric. Iron this interfacing on with heat and pressure.
Once ironed the interfaced fabric will feel heavier and stiffer.
