Dorothy is a blouse and a loose-fitting dress.
The front is buttoned, and a small lapel frames the neckline. Gathering beneath the front and back yokes adds a touch of fullness and a feminine feel to the garment. Two sleeve options are available. Version A features three-quarter length sleeves with a subtle puff detail and a cuffed hem. Version B has straight sleeves that fall above the elbow.
The pattern pieces do not overlap and seam allowances are included.
