Jacquard is a delicate fabric; here are the steps to follow before sewing it:
Please note that before sewing, your fabric must be machine-washed once, which will result in a shrinkage of approximately 10 to 15% of its original size.
1/ Steam iron your fabric on both sides using a delicate setting.
2/ Overlock the edges of your fabric before machine washing for better thread retention.
3/ Machine wash your fabric at a maximum of 30°C (86°F) with a delicate spin cycle.
4/ Do not tumble dry.
