Dernières Fleurs was born from the golden light that accompanies the end of the season. A collection inspired by country houses, bouquets picked at the last minute, and antique fabrics found in a wardrobe.

Inspired by country linens, Carreaux Champêtres reinterprets the traditional check with a delicate design in shades of brick red and deep blue on an ecru background. Printed on a subtly woven viscose, this fabric is as appealing for its pattern as for its texture. Its subtly textured weave gives it character and a natural look, while retaining the suppleness and fluidity inherent to viscose.

  Viscose fabrics tend to shrink by 5 to 7%, so it is important to wash the fabric before cutting and to take this shrinkage rate into account when calculating your yardage.

  To best preserve your beautiful fabrics, we recommend washing them before sewing; this step will help stabilize your fabric.

  •  Wash your fabric in a laundry bag to preserve the colors.

  • Choose a gentle laundry detergent without bleaching agents.

  • Wash your fabric on a delicate or silk cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C.

  • Gentle spin cycle (max 800 rpm)

  • Dry your laundry in the open air, taking care to smooth it out when it comes out of the machine, tumble dryer forbidden, of course!

  • Iron at medium temperature (150°).
