Clématisse - Cassandre Dress Paper Pattern
French Instructions
The essential dress for our beautiful summer days.
A feminine neckline and thin crossed straps reveal a plunging bare back.
An ode to romance and the sweet life!
In its "Festive" version, Cassandre is made in a gold knit for a magical effect! and in a mid-calf length.
For this reason, the bottom of the dress was shortened by 30cm compared to the pattern.
We also chose to finish the top of the waistband ruffle with a folded edge instead of an overlock stitch.
Recommended fabrics
A non-stretch or slightly stretch woven fabric must be very supple and fluid.
A knit fabric, like the gold "Holiday" version; in this version, the top is fused with a knit fusible interfacing for added structure.
Printed, plain, striped…
crepe, silk, viscose, chambray, tencel, satin, …
