Harvest Moon May 2022

The last month of autumn meant that I could embrace all of the wonderful colours of falling leaves and changing of seasons. The inspiration was from the Neil Young song “Harvest Moon”. I came across this incredible, cosy cotton slub check in the most stunning green check. It had to be a shirt (in my opinion) so I used the Marsha Style Alea shirt pattern. It was such a hit and I ended up being lucky enough to source more of that fabric. I found the most delicious Salted caramel popcorn from Ellys gourmet confectionary in Tasmania (so many of you guys raved about this….it was so moorish) I added one of my favourite boutique brands “Mor” with an apple lip gloss, a sewing queen label and Gutermann thread and green groove buttons. The tea this month was Madame flavour Maple caramel and a pack of Eucalyptus lollies.
